Organized within the scope of TEKNOFEST 2025, the Blockchain Competition brings together young technology enthusiasts this year and witnesses great excitement. Organized under the leadership of the Technology Team Foundation of Turkey (T3 Foundation) and the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey and under the leadership of TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, the competition aims to contribute to both the academic and sectoral development of blockchain technology.
This year, a record number of applications were received for the blockchain competition. In the competition, which received a total of 4,677 applications, 55 teams that passed the preliminary evaluation will try to become finalists after evaluating the project presentation report and online project presentation phase.
The competition is organized with the aim of using blockchain technology to solve real-world problems in many areas such as identity, finance and supply chain. It also aims to develop the knowledge and qualified human resources in our country.

The Final Excitement will take place in Istanbul!
TEKNOFEST 2025, which will be organized for the 12th time this year, will host technology enthusiasts at Istanbul Atatürk Airport between September 17-21. TEKNOFEST, the world's largest aviation, space and technology festival, will also offer blockchain finalists the chance to exhibit their projects and win awards.
In this great technology feast to be hosted by Istanbul, the cradle of civilizations, finalist blockchain projects will shed light on the digital infrastructures of the future.
