Within the framework of the responsibility of determining the criteria for ensuring the security of the information systems and technological infrastructures of Crypto Asset Service Providers (CVSPs) within the scope of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, TÜBİTAK BİLGEM published the "Criteria for Information Systems and Technological Infrastructures of Crypto Asset Service Providers" document, which explains the technical controls to be followed by CVSPs in critical areas such as crypto asset wallet security, information systems governance, information security and business continuity.

These criteria, which will pave the way for Türkiye to achieve a competitive and sustainable structure integrated with the global crypto asset market, have been designed in compliance with international security standards.
