BLOCKCHAIN WORKSHOPS
2nd National Blockchain Workshop
Professionals, academics, and researchers from both the public and private sectors came together to assess developments in blockchain technology. The 2nd National Blockchain Workshop, themed "Digital Identity in Blockchain," delved into how blockchain technology could potentially transform individuals' lives.
While benefiting from public services, municipal services, or electronic services offered by private institutions, following topics and more were discussed at this workshop:
– Is it possible to expedite and secure the processes individuals or legal entities undergo with blockchain technology?
– How can participation in governance be increased while preserving individuals' privacy in the digital world?
– To what extent can individuals have a say in managing access to information about themselves?
In addition to these, subjects currently on the industry's agenda, such as government-controlled cryptocurrencies (stable coins), consensus mechanisms (algorand, avalanche, elixxir), and practical use scenarios (surveys, rewards, payments), were presented by experts.
